You are not a good candidate if you have non-vascular causes of ED, penile/prostatic/testicular tumors, local tumors or infections at the treatment area, blood-clotting disorders, a pacemaker, are under 18, or have had steroid injections in the last 6 weeks. Patients taking certain depression, anxiety, or blood pressure medications may not be eligible. Those on anticoagulants or with abnormal clotting tests may only be treated under physician discretion. We review all contraindications carefully before approving treatment.
